1. This product is a limited-edition release. Once it’s sold out, it’s gone! If you were not able to complete your checkout, please go to your “Account Center”. Click on “Order Status” and choose “Manual Payment” to complete your order.
To ensure everyone has a chance to get these limited-edition releases, we will automatically cancel any orders that are not completed within 15 minutes and return the item to our inventory.
2. We do not offer combined shipping across orders. Each order will be charged its own shipping fee. If extraordinary circumstances arise where we need to combine shipping, the overage will refunded as TOB credit.
3. Pre-orders cannot be cancelled. If extraordinary circumstances arise where we allow cancellation, we will withhold. 10% of the total price of the order as restocking fee. Please DO NO pre-order if you do not agree to this term.
RETURN & EXCHANGES
WARNING: WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO REPLACE ANY ITEM WITH A BROKEN “WARRANTY” STICKER
Returns & exchanges are accepted under the following conditions:
1)The product and packaging have not been damaged and remain intact.
2)The “Warranty” sticker remains intact.
3)Request is made within seven (7) days of confirmed receipt.
